I just picked up my 70 914-6 this morning. I am a longtime early 911 wrench, who has taken the leap. I have a couple local 914 guys who have egged me on. The car had prominence 15 years ago as a local and parade autocross champ. I got the car with the original 2.0, but it currently is running a "built" 2.7 w/ webers.
I have a lot of work to do...rust in the usual places (rockers and four corners), but the car in the meantime is a driver. If you are in Colorado (Denver area) and have access to parts (cars)...we should become better friends (Mike, Brant?)
Looks at home already...I will give them some time, but it looks like they are already getting along
