Once more and more people start to realize they are literally broadcasting their life for all to see and it can lead to missed opportunities, I think FB will tank (worse than it already has). I check FB, Linkedin, etc before even interviewing someone looking for a position. If anything on their "social media bulletin board" doesn't jive with what's on their resume, it instantly goes in the round file (and a lot go in the round file).

Seems like you contradict yourself. You don't supply info on yourself but you rely on info supplied by prospects. If you really want to repudiate FB, you won't
log on.
