Ran across an old photo with my 69 911 S taken in 1974 so just for the heck of it I took another snapshot yesterday with my current cruiser a 91 C2. 38 years later and still hooked.
Bought the 69 911S in gorgeous shape in about 73 or 74 for $3500 in California. Californians were afraid of the car because it was from New York, (but probably never driven in snow.) Student needed money and I wanted the car. Loved that one.
The 91 I bought from my sister needing work. Its been a great car for dd use. 110,000 miles mostly original paint and the ac works well. Incidentally the ac worked well back in 74 too.
