I just had my alignment done (had never been done before it seems), and the porsche mechanic made the suggestion to keep the alignment a little better as well as improve handling even on regular curves. Haven't done it yet, but intend to this year. IMHO I think it may be worth it, but truly can't make a judgement yet as I don't have one.
