2150 sq ft. North MS. All electric house. Power is from local Co-Op. Water is from private local water system.
$15 - $35 per month for water depending on if we water the yard.
Septic sytem. F.O.C.
$185 - $215 per month for electricity for everything in the house. 11.? cents per kwh.
