A Fiat 124 coupe or spider, but you'll have to spend some money to get 200hp.
95hp was factory, iirc. The book by Guy Croft will show you how to get bigger numbers.

Of, get a Fiat Dino (coupe or spider).



Or a Lancia Stratos.
