ODDJOB......you've had bad experiences with HOAs?

VASH....a buddy of mine is looking at Trilogy in Vistancia, which is just west of Phoenix. Apparently if you buy a new home from the developer, someone has to be at least 45. Whereas if you buy a pre-owned home, someone has to be 55 (wife could be younger). In both cases no one under 19 is allowed as a permanent resident.

STEALTHN...Bob...our timeline is from 1 to 3 years from now but, sure, I'd be interested in listening to someone who actually resides in one of these areas to hear the pro's and con's.
