As w/ many problems, when you have lemons make lemonade. I would not drive much w/ the broken stud, the probability of increasing damage goes up as milage goes up.
This is a geat opportunity to renew your valve guides, valve springs, get better cams etc. I would(did) take it down to the crankshaft and do bearings, rod bolts(the main reason to go to the crank) etc.
You can get an easy, reliable ~300 hp w/ good torque band.
