Review the archives on TB recommendations for later street-based 911s. They'll be in the range of 21/22mm, Frt. and 27/28mm Rear.
Increasing TB size has less effect on ride harshness than large sway bars, and they go a long way in controlling body roll. For a street car, both are recommended but not in large doses unless your streets are particularly smooth.
