Morning folks.
I am having minor cable TV problems. I am sure their tech support people deal with hostile morons all the time. It does not take them long to discover I know the problem is them, and then they look at my customer history. I have been a customer for 28 years, and I use automatic bill pay. Never late payments, reliable customer the type they want to keep. The voltages are low and they need to crank up the signal. I don't really need to be there but they alway want me to be waiting on them. If it happens again tonight I will just hit the button that is for canceling service. That connects me to the customer retention department. They have the ability to fix things and keep me as a happy customer.
