A friend bought one about 20 years ago when he worked out west. It was cheap as it needed a clutch, so his dad flew out, helped him do the job and they drove it back across country.
Over the next few years they refurbished the car. Now it is awaiting a restoration. He has a lot of memories tied up in it, but I notice he doesn't drive it as much as he used to.
They were good looking cars.
