failed at my goal for 177 last month on my mini cut cycle, oh well not the end of the world. on the plus side i was able to get my bf down to 15% (via caliper measurement) my weight is still pretty steady between 183lbs and 185lbs. This is great to me seeing as how i started the year off at roughly the same weight (183-185) and im still there minus a huge chunk of fat. Horay for LBM!!!

switching my routine and only going to be working out my legs once a week and concentrating on my chest and arms so they are a bit my proportional.
