Stuck rings -What to do?
I am working on a 1967 Wisconsin 4 cylinder engine. I think one cylinder's rings are stuck. 0 compression, put a little oil in the cylinder and it jumped up to 30 PSI immediately.
What should I use to try and free them up? ATF? Marel Mystery Oil?
