oh, i've heard regular degreaser is bad for aluminium, is this not true? or is the supercheap stuff just aluminium safe or something?

JJ your engine looks fantastic! i wouldnt know where to start looking for that industrial cleaner, but i found something similar to the first one you used, a citrus based shower cleaner, ill give it a try one day, how'd you get in between all the fins? even my toothbrush doesnt get all the way in there!
