Yep the fox coverage can mess up your recording plans. The commentators do change the focus of their chatter, seems aimed at informing a crowd that is new to the series.
Sort of getting them up to speed with what is going on and how the series is managed.
Kind of a basic introduction to bring in more US fans.
I'm glad to see that Speed is making a little more air time available to F1. with the pre and post race shows.
The more one learns about the teams and cars and tracks the more interesting it all becomes.
The ability to record those races that are aired at 2;30 am is a great help, also allowing to fast forward thru the too often repeated add spots. How many times can they show the same add in one broadcast W/O turning off the fan .
My question, is there a way to set the DVR to record the next show, right after the race to make sure not to miss any runover? They seem to follow with a variety of shows from week to week. We are sometimes gone for most of the summer and relie on the recordings to catch up. But rain delays or other delays can really mess it all up!!
Cheers Rich
