FYI: New print head arrived today and I just finished the install. No tools needed - no directions either - pretty easy to figure out once I removed the ink tanks. The printer head is just "clipped in". Out of curiosity I'm going to try cleaning the old one real good with warm water and see if that resolves the old issue. In the meantime the new print head is working just fine so I'm back in business!
