I recently got a new grill, a Weber Genesis 310, and I'm relearning to grill properly with the help of online lessons from America's Test Kitchen Cooking School. Mrs. Mossguy talked me into it and i was reticent until I realized it would mean
new and different tools! Here is tonight's effort: Filet Mignon, grilled Pineapple (again), sautéed mushrooms, and niblets.
Also Kaiser Rolls, Green Salad with Pine Nuts, Oil & Vinegar, Breyer's Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. (REAL Ice Cream, Randy.)
