I live in the San Fernando Valley, I love it here. I'm close to everything in L.A. buy all the main freeways, but yet kinda secluded

I'd recommend looking for a house to rent in Granda Hills, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, Encino, Reseda, basically the west side is pretty nice. You can rent a house out here for about 1500 up.

Places to avoid, Van Nuys, Pacoima, Areleta, Sunland all on the east direction.
