If it did you could buy a "Blueant" or similar.
A friend of mine had his Bluetooth fail in his 3 series BMW... Out of warranty so $800 to fix it at the dealership which he thought was reasonable.
Personally I don't answer the phone when I'm driving. I just let it ring. If it's important they'll leave a message.
