The 30 minute goal is a tough one to reach. People report that kind of time just trying to move about on the Westside or getting to the 405 from their home. Well, make that 20 minutes for what I just said. So add only 10 more minutes and you can't get far down the fwy.
I'm sure that's why Santa Monica is so hugely popular. But as I said, they have their own problems just trying to reach of cross the 405.
Let's face it, UCLA is in a rotten place for commuters. And if 8-5 are the hours, Long Beach is going to be 2.5 hours a day on the fwy.
