Only if it has Carrera flares
even a 216/60 x15 on a 7ET23.3 will hit a couple of inches above the lips w/o SC/Carrera flares.
ST(strict n/b no flare) used 7ET49 w/ 6.5 to 16mm spacers for up to a 225/50 x15 tire
