Just read your post on the Porsche 997, did you manage to sell it over here? Thinking of doing the same myself but unsure of Aussie market with regards to UK imports. Most people advise against it, but who wants to pay $200,000 for a car you could land for $70,000 with a bit of effort and research. Much more choice in the UK too. With the GFC and the lack of money around, the strong Aussie dollar, now is the time to put a high end Porsche 997 Turbo/ Ferrari F430/ Aud R8 imported from the UK under personal import on the market for $100,000 less than the market value here and see how it does. You could have your cake and eat it for once!
