Everyone has a different
time vs money equation. Vista is likely to eat time. Which also means you'll have a tough time finding people to give you their time in diagnosing issues. --nothing personal. It's just that no one likes frustration.
Aside, but related: Around here there are a lot of people who call themselves software engineers. I loath that label as those people rarely
engineer software. That is, typical engineers are all about
optimization, whereas those code guys just pile code on top of code on top of code on top of code on top of code on top of code on top of code on top of code . . .I'll run out of space on this post, so I'll shorten it and point to their reliance on ever faster hardware. And, btw, Vista is the prime example of this, IMO. ...What a pile...
