Point taken but you are talking about a bunch of terrible cars with very little legacy, very few sales, and very little following. Isuzu is the only one that really sold vehicles for any extended period of time in America.

Saabs may not have always been the best vehicles in their class, particularly when GM tried to position them as an alternative to BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. But they had their good points and a lot of personality, enjoy an enthusiast following, and sold a good number of cars over more than four decades in the USA. There are enough cars on the road that parts support will be a business opportunity. I received an email yesterday from eEuroParts that they are now offering aftermarket DIC cassettes.

Personally I'm just hoping that this will lead to a screaming deal on a nice Viggen sedan.
