there are a few ways i make chicken. last night was: whole chicken cut up into thighs, breast ect. dry rub with sugar, black peper, salt, half-sharp paprika. load one side of the grill with charcoal. chicken on other side. bake for 1.5 hours. it was soooooo good!

philosophy was my major. i didn't have to study any of the greek classics. go figure. its a good thing, too, because reading plato/socrates/aristotle is just plain torture.
