great help on your thread took me three hours and for those screws i used after loosening them with a small eyeglasses screwdriver was a medical clamp called a hemostat when the speedo arm was touching the faceplate i removed the two screws holding the shaft assembly assembly too easy with clamps then final snug with screwdriver
