As much as I think lawyers go way too far, and as much as I think the RMS thing is blown way way out of proportion, and as much as I'd never join in this lawsuit and I think it is silly, I do think it will be interesting to watch:

Some points of admission:
- I am a lawyer, though not a trial lawyer.
- I think that I'd rather have a legal system that allows crazy lawsuits than one that does not.
- Lawyers aren't all liars and cheats, and plenty of non-lawyers are.
- I have a 2000 Boxster S with no RMS problem.
- I've been told by my shop that they've seen very few RMS issues, and no serious problems from any RMS leak.
