I don't think there will be any repairs or extended warranties. That's too hard of a settlement to get.
The lawyers will work the case for a while, end up with a settlement whereby the class members each get a $500 voucher towards the purchase of a new $95,000 911, and the lawyers get a $5 million cash payment.
