I went to a tapas bar this weekend and had the most awesome stuffed peppers. Large jalapeņo peppers, slit on one side and hollowed out. Stuffed with cheese and ham. Not sure what kind of cheese, sort of white and creamy. Ham was in thin sheets, rolled. Battered and deep fried. Delicious.
