It's a long story. The short version: Ex tells me she wants out about 4 years ago. It turns out she had someone else. He ran before we even got half way though finishing the divorce. I hooked up with a nice lady and the Ex has been in a jealous rage for over 2 years. I thought that once we had a settlement in place some of her crazy behavior would fade. Not so.

She keyed my car recently. It's pretty nasty. She has gotten my girlfriend's car too.
She came to pick up my daughter and realized my girlfriend was watching her. She went into a rage and threw a lawn ornament at her though a window. The girlfriend is physically fine, mentally shook up and the window is busted. We filed charges and court dates are forth coming.

I recently discovered that the tax refund check I was waiting for was cashed by her. She literally stole it out of my mailbox. I know she cashed it because I have a copy of the canceled check and it has the same info as her bank and a likeness of her signature on it.

I am trying to figure out how to deal with the check thing. It isn't a lot of money, but it pisses me off that she would steal something from my mailbox. I guess I am going to file a police report and then a complaint to the post office.

What to do?
