I'm assuming your RS book is the one by Konradsheim. I sold my copy for $1500. They've gone for more than that, although I don't follow the market any more. The Starkey book has several editions. Not sure which one you have but I can't see it being worth a ton. The up-fixen books were given away free by PCA in the last few years, so they aren't worth a lot.
