Well, clearly I need to do some research. I hit on something the other night so I'll use my Google history to locate it.
I just thought one of you folks would know the statute. Doesn't matter really. I know what I say at court:
(1) All police officers are "professional" witnesses. I've never testified in my life. The cop I know has been to court 100's of times. He knows the drill. He's a pro.
(2) Juries are to be "fully informed," but a U.S. Supreme Court decision stated that judges have no responsibility to inform the jury of their rights to judge the law as well as the evidence.
(3) I am convinced wholly that judges manipulate evidence and skew trials. The only thing worse than a bad attorney is any judge.
