Yeah. You really can't push hard on this type of a cut or the blade wanders at this height (about 11"). It took four hands and about 4 minutes to complete.
Even though the bandsaw may be setup correctly, the blade does twist left or right. The fence is not perpendicular to the blade.
Here's the custom fence that I used. It's not obvious in the pic, but it's not perpendicular to the table.
There was a pencil line on the tape at the cut line. The saw was as dead on as can be.
The tape prevented tearout from the blade.
