They come up occasionally. The places to look are here, Early S Registry, and Ebay. There is also something called The Samba that lists used Porsche parts but I don't know that one as well.
You should check with Gus at Pacific Fuel Injection or there's a guy up in Oregon whose name escapes me that are the MFI experts. They may have sources or at least can tell you which versions are rebuildable to your 73S spec. You may have an easier time starting with something else and putting in a new space cam or whatever it requires to make it work to S specs. Definitely put a WTB on Early S Registry as well.
There's an RS pump on Ebay that keeps going up for auction and the guy wants $4,500. So that's the top end. I've seen TES pumps in the $1000 range. Not sure if they are rebuilt or not. Of course buyer beware on the claim of "rebuilt" anyway unless they can produce a recent receipt.
