My wife has the 08 version. Coincidently we bought it through Eric (Kaisen). One of my partners has the identical 2011 model after the redesign and I spent four hours in it last week.

We couldn't be happier with our car and my parter's seemed very similar. It might be even nicer and it is certainly more full of high tech toys. If you like your cars a little less techish but still nice, look at the 07 and later pre-redesign models. They really dressed up the interior in the 07 refreshing of the model. It seemed more like a redesign to us when we were looking at them. We didn't like the 06 model all that much, but we absolutely fell in love with the 2007-2009 refreshed models.

Both the 2007-2009 and 2010-present cars have enough power to do what you need and are capable and comfortable. I say it's like having a retired SAS paratrooper as your driver, saying yes, I'll get you into that gap in traffic sir, no problem, mind your tea, an te next thing you know you're going 95 and haven't even spilled your wife's coffee as you trade paint with Cameros and Mustangs around the twisties. It really is that good.
