1) Subaru WRX or WRX STi.
2) Volkswagen Beetle. My buddy has a 700hp (ok, 716 flywheel hp on the dyno) turbo engine in a dragster that's based on a VW air-cooled flat four. That's an extreme, and absolutely useless on the street, but it shows that the possibilities for those things are endless and relatively cheap compared to a Porsche.
3) Honda CBR600RR.
