OK,
According to the basic BMI I am morbidly obese.
235 pounds
5'11"
38" waist
My ideal weight would be ~160 according to most BMI so I am 75 pounds overweight without taking into account a body fat index.
My Doctor (Wife) wants me to lose 4" in the waste (sic) and drop at least 20 pounds. Worst case she wants me at a 36" waist and 20 pounds lost.
