5' 11" and currently bouncing between 180# and 184#.

Got up to 214# and sedentary, at that weight I had chronic gout with repeated flares, high blood pressure, resting pulse (unmedicated) bear 100 bpm, high total cholesterol and triglycerides and bad LDL, repeated gallstone attacks, a kidney stone attack, and blood sugar was approaching borderline of "pre-diabetic". I was taking about 6 meds daily, 3 for cholesterol, 1 for blood pressure, 2 for gout.

Currently taking no meds, cholesterol is normal, BP normal though not "low" (work stress, plus I suspect I am genetically pre-disposed to higher BP), blood sugar normal, no more gout or gallstone or kidney stone flares, resting pulse about 60 bpm. I had to stop taking the BP med because my resting pulse was getting down to 45-ish bpm and I'd get faint when I stood up; then my doctor said I should taper off the rest of the meds too.

I've been surprised at how much difference losing 30# and riding appx 100 miles/week has made.

Per my body fat, I'm still either on the fat side (25% BF, measured by body composition/impedance meter scale) or getting toward leaner (mid-teens % BF, measured by body fat calipers, but last time was several months ago). I think the difference is visceral fat which is picked up by the scale but not by the calipers. Therefore, I think the 25% is correct, and that seems still significantly too high. Trying to get into the mid-170s #.
