My awakening came from a vacation picture that my sis in law took of us. I looked at it and thought, "who is that fat fu*@"...

42 years old, 5' 11" 220 with a 37" waist. Arms the size of a school girl...... Couldn't do 1 single pullup.. Never again....!!

That was 3 years ago, it took me 2 years to get off night/split shifts so that my body could normalize with eating/sleeping habits and such. All my chemical levels were jacked, my thyroid was about dead and I always felt like crap!!!

Now 1 year after making the serious change I am 45 years old, 5'11" 198 with a 31 1/2" waist and working towards 20" arms. I am currently over 175lbs of real body mass/ not fat, and I am in better shape than I have ever been in my whole life!

I also recently started doing Crossfit and it is making a rapid change in my overall fitness level and physic size and shape. Tough as hell but so worth it, the changes are rapid and inspirational.

Less than 45 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week is all it takes for exercise. That is less than 1 dumb show on TV, some pages of a book, a sand-which and beer when you get home....

My eating is ok clean, not super. Doesn't have to be, just pay attention to not eating out so much, cut down on the booze and eat smaller meals more frequently rather than 2 or 3 large ones.

Am am not preaching here, just saying that it can be done and the rewards are great. Really great!! I feel like a million bucks compared to how I felt 1 year ago!!!!

It will help you tremendously with your future in life and even your job performance. BUT most importantly, your health in that future....
