I've tried cutting down on the calories & general food intake - I'm down to one meal/day - but it doesn't help that much. My diet still has too many carbs.
This is not uncommon where I live - even the current Governor is more than a little bit overweight. I certainly hope that I am never accused of having a "Christie-esque" physique.
