typical intake..
I'm trying to gain weight..
drink about 3 Boost (like ensure) a day 400 calories each..
2 or 3 tacos for breakfast..
burgers and fries lunch...
dinner..
schnitzel /potatoes/salad last night..
small baguette with another schnitzel around 10..
some Ice cream & 2 bananas..
got up around 2 for some chocolate..
I'm losing weight
I do exercise daily..
