11870138 is a 1968 911T Targa which was only available in Europe that year (US got 911 and 911L). It should be a short wheelbase car...very odd that the car has the long wheelbase quarter panels, and it appears to have the dashboard from a '72 or '73. Might be a wreck that was rebuilt with newer parts, or the victim of a VIN swap...very strange.
