Mulholland Drive is a very windy two lane road. Not to be confused with Mulholland Highway. That day, I was not in a good mood and did not care what happened.

There is an intersection at the top of Mulholland that has a triangle (concrete) in it and various stop lights. I had heard a rumor that if done right (late at night), you can drive straight through the wrong side of the road (one lane at this point) and never lift. It's true! Yet I did it at around 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. Problem is that you can't see oncoming traffic. Last minute decision, I said "effe" it and kept the throttle down. I came around the bend, saw that the light was not in my favor and a few others in the group in front, had stopped for the light. No one was coming my "way" - a very good thing - and I threw up quite the dust cloud as I passed by, the other friend right behind me. He had no idea what I was planning to do and no idea of what could have happened.
