It's all in eating habits and your lifestyle. Back in the day I had to eat 4 times a day to gain weight to make the minimum for Football. Later I realized I was better in other sports.
Let nature catch up....beer was my downfall. Used to suck em down while doing yard work and wrenching. Can't stand the smell anymore. Weight came off easily.
When the back acts up, I don't exercise, the weight goes up.....pretty simple. Only took me 50+ years to figure it out.
