The couple that we are traveling across the Simpson Desert with came over today. He's got his right wrist/forearm in plaster
- late last week he had a workplace accident and cut a couple of tendons in his hand. Surgery last Friday and now a 5-6 week recovery - the trip has now been delayed till next month. Bummer...
Although now we'll be traveling during the wild-flower season and it'll be a little warmer by then, so there is sort of an up-side.
