There are LOTS of choices in the inland empire. Specialized Porsche Service (Jay Ward) in Riverside, and 911 Design (Loren) in Montclair to name two. First class customer service and communication, but they are not cheap though.

If you are talking about Precision Motion, yeah...sometimes they can be a bit slow and uncommunicative. If you haven't spoken to Don (the owner) yet, ask for him and express your concerns. He is usually responsive once he is made aware of a problem. They are a very knowledgeable and reasonably priced shop but they do have poor customer service when things get busy there which they often do.
