Max, you have those emergency cut off switches? Are they in the "on" position? Unplug the power connectors to the controller, plug a multimeter on the car side (that's connected to the battery) and see if you have voltage.

Like I said in the first post, I made sure all the switches were in the on position. I did not want to mess around in the area of the controller connections since they are next to the big welding cable that carries the motor current. You should see how hard it is to get the nuts and bolts on the terminals in there. Space is tight and I don't want to get zapped.
