Curious about your post on fish oil. I looked up pharmaceutical grade and found this review:

Seems like not all "pharmaceutical grade fish oils" are created equal.
Can you tell us what brand you use and where to purchase? I'd rather stick to natural supplements if possible. I take Aleve periodically but not routinely, thankfully.
