Don't do the fake sugar stuff - I've said for years that either the real natural thing or if I can't have it, I can't have it. Coffee with just a splash of milk instead of milk and sugar is tolerable, and I like my ice tea unsweet anyway. Carbs will be the harder part, since I like my beer, grits, and potatos, but I don't have to remove them, just minimize them.
