I am late to the thread, sorry...the shaking could be your motor mounts are SHOT. In the video when you rev the motor the engine does not rock even a little bit. Totally gone MM at higher rpm will feel like the car is coming apart. Just a thought.
I am an old guy I guess at 52 and I can not tell to much about how it sounds running. Can you record outside so the sound does not echo so much?
I also did not see the cross brace in the engine bay. Are you driving without it? Not sure if that would contribute to the shakes ( along with worn MM it makes sense it could to me anyway).
